School Description
Let College Shuttles pick you up in front of University Terrace or Plaza Hall on Fridays and take you to the Baltimore or Washington D.C areas. College Shuttles is the most convenient college transportation option for University of Maryland Eastern Shore students, making it possible for students to travel home for a weekend. In addition to making reservations for a weekend trip, groups of friends and campus organizations can take day trips to locations of their choice. It’s always a great time traveling with friends while meeting students from other colleges. Using the Hawk card students can make a reservation at the Hawk center or on the UMES website.

How do i make a reservation?
Use the Book A Ride section of our website. Input your contact and travel information. You will then need to make a payment.
Will I get a confirmation for my reservation?
After completing your payment, a confirmation page will display your College Shuttle reservation numbers. Please print this page as a record of your transaction. This information will also be emailed to the email address you supplied in case you don’t have access to a printer while making your reservations.
How many bags can I take?
Students can bring one piece of small luggage like a backpack or small duffel bag. Additional baggage $15 per item with a max of 5 items. During holidays students are able to bring more luggage. During holidays such as Spring Break, Thanksgiving or End/Beginning of the Semester students can bring 2 bags and a carry on.
Can I cancel and/ or get a refund?
Once completed, College Shuttle reservations cannot be canceled or refunded. However while we will make every effort to operate College Shuttle services as scheduled, where this fails to occur full refunds or alternative travel arrangements will be offered.
