Become A Campus Leader

The College Shuttles Campus Leaders (CSCL) acts as campus liaisons between College Shuttles representatives, marketing managers, drivers and the student body.  CSCL plays a integral role in building College Shuttles brand at college campuses. You will gain valuable grassroots marketing, event planning an project management experience on a weekly basis. Campus Leaders are mentored by and receive weekly/monthly guidance from the College Shuttles managers.






Requirements to join this awesome team. 

  • Sophomores, Juniors, Seniors from any major
  • Active on Social Media
  • Have an influential voice on their college campus 
  • Must be currently enrolled in one of the campuses we serve
  • Presentation/speaking experience (especially to peers and faculty)
  • Meet Department of Transportation (DOT) mental and physical requirements
  • Students should be passionate about helping their peers achieve their potential and creative problem-solvers with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Successful Campus Leaders are well connected on their campuses or have a desire to network and enjoy working as a team to accomplish a larger goal.






The Campus Leader position is a paid position that gives students the opportunity to make good money while in school. The compensation plan is flexible and ranges based on the students skill set. Compensation will be discussed between student and manager once candidate is offered the position. The campus leader can also gain incentives such as free shuttles home and bonuses based on performance. There are several special events that we will require CSCL’s to work at and there will be special compensation plans to accommodate those students.


Work on meaningful projects that have an immediate impact on students—at your campus and other locations

  • Be an outlet for students opinions at your campus to be heard by campus administration and other College Shuttles team members
  • Organize outreach events that aim to help your peers.
  • Learn, create, and use business strategy to inform students about College Shuttle services
  • Work with team members at College Shuttle to promote current services and shape future ones
  • Develop presentation and networking skills by speaking in front of students and faculty
  • We are looking more for specific characteristics in candidates than specific majors
  • Opportunity to further develop relationships with campus leader and build on your already extensive networks
